As part of M art’s partnership with the Gravity the Newtons we took over the design and implementation of the conceptual interior for the venue of The Ellinikon Project inauguration’s ceremony. The ceremony took place in an amazing, exclusively configured space of 4,000m4 in the runway of Elliniko’s old airport, on the 17th of October 2022, in presence of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The Ellinikon Project’s logo was the inspiration of the architectural approach of the interior design, a continuous organic pattern that reflects images, memories, feelings, that respects the past, embraces the present, shapes the future and composes the unique and distinct identity of Ellinikon’s work.
The structures that we designed, custom made decorative objects and functional furniture were inspired by organic forms and built in the concept of sustainable architecture, which is reflected not only in the construction materials (eco friendly) but also in their production methods.
Those structures were framed by 350 mediterranean plants that gave the impression of a mediterranean landscape and linked the venue to the future look and feeling of The Ellinikon Project after its completion. All plants are getting replanted after the ceremony.
